Now opening the Indian market

Businesses are built. We are the builders.

From first idea to running operation. Business development, cross-border project management, and turnkey manufacturing setups, delivered by one senior team on four continents. And when a business is in trouble, we know how to bring it back. That is the quiet side of our craft.

What We Do

We do four things.
We do them completely.

01

Business Development

Growth is engineered, not wished for. We find the gap in your model, open the market, build the partnerships, and wire new revenue into your operation. You get a growth engine, not a growth memo.

02

Project Management

Cross-border projects die in the gaps between time zones, cultures, and vendors. We own the whole thing: planning, suppliers, milestones, delivery. Deadlines hold because one team is accountable for all of it.

03

Turnkey Manufacturing Setup

Our flagship. Site selection, supplier sourcing, regulatory compliance, hiring, systems, launch. You make the decisions that matter. We hand you the keys to a running operation.

04

Business RescueThe quiet one

Also in the toolbox: rescuing businesses in trouble. It is not the headline of what we do. It is simply something we are very good at.

A Deliberately Small Practice

This is not for everyone.
By design.

We build with

  • +Founders with a vision and no patience for theory.
  • +Investors entering a market they do not yet know, who want one accountable team on the ground.
  • +Operators standing up a manufacturing operation from zero, across borders.
  • +Leadership teams that want the same people in the room from first call to handover.

We are the wrong fit for

  • ×Companies looking for a slide deck to file away.
  • ×Committees seeking validation for a decision already made.
  • ×Anyone shopping for the largest possible consulting team billing by the hour.
  • ×Projects where nobody is empowered to decide.
How We Build

Five steps. No drift.
A clean handover.

01

Diagnosis

We begin with the uncomfortable questions. What is actually there, what has been tried, and what is at stake. No assumptions.

02

Strategy

A precise plan built around your specific situation, market, and constraints. Not a template. Not a framework recycled from another client.

03

Alignment

Stakeholders, partners, suppliers, and teams brought into a shared direction before execution begins. Misalignment is where projects die.

04

Execution

We manage implementation directly. Hands-on, accountable, with clear milestones and no tolerance for drift.

05

Handover

You receive a functioning operation, documented processes, and a team that knows what to do next. Clean exit or ongoing advisory. Your choice.

The Next Market

Four continents built on.Now we open India.

India is where global manufacturing is heading, and the businesses that arrive early will own the decade. Our team is on the ground now: manufacturing setups, sourcing, and market entry for clients who would rather be early than envious. We take on a small number of founding engagements, then the door closes to a waitlist.

Schirin Zahran

Most consultants studied global business.
Schirin Zahran ran it: freight lanes, factory floors, sales teams, and boardrooms, on four continents.

She learned foreign trade from the inside. At nineteen she owned her first company and carried responsibility for a sales team of seven. She went on to direct international air, sea, land, and rail logistics for major projects and key accounts, built a rail freight product connecting Europe with China, negotiated with suppliers, designers, and manufacturers across borders, and led the teams that delivered it all. The years of business studies came later, alongside running her own international consultancy, and the lecture halls mostly confirmed what the work had already taught her. Practice first. Theory as confirmation.

Since 2019 that experience has a single focus: building businesses for clients. Developing companies, managing investment projects from initiation to turnkey handover, and connecting investors with the operators who can execute. Today she leads a hand-picked team of senior operators across time zones. Small enough to stay personal. Senior enough that nothing gets delegated downward.

What clients get is a rare combination: people who can negotiate the contract, plan the supply chain, align the stakeholders, and stand on the factory floor. The same team, start to finish. Direct, customized, and grounded in what works on the ground rather than in theory.

The Foundation

Foreign trade, from the inside

Trained in wholesale and international trade, then immediately tested it: her first company, and a sales team of seven, at 19.

The Proving Ground

Global logistics at project scale

Business development and project management for international air, sea, land, and rail transport. Large projects, key accounts, a nine-person sales team, and a new rail freight product linking Europe with China.

The Range

Buying, selling, running the whole branch

Branch leadership in international wholesale: purchasing and negotiation with suppliers and manufacturers worldwide, sales, marketing, events. Profit and loss, not PowerPoint.

Today

One firm. One standard.

Schirin Zahran Business Development & Project Management LLC: building businesses on four continents, from first diagnosis to running operation. Next market: India.

“Results, not reports. That is the entire business model.”
Frequently Asked Questions

Answered before you ask.

Founders, investors, and leadership teams who want to build: a company that should grow, a market they want to enter, or a manufacturing operation they need to stand up from zero. You work with a small senior team, led personally by Schirin Zahran. No juniors, no hand-offs.

Yes. The firm is built for cross-border complexity and has delivered on four continents. We are currently opening the Indian market for our clients. Geography is not a constraint.

Yes. Building is our core, but a turnaround uses the same muscles: diagnosis, focus, execution. If your business is in trouble, say so in the first call. That conversation is confidential, and we will tell you honestly whether it can be fixed.

It depends entirely on scope. A focused diagnostic and strategy engagement may take four to eight weeks. A full turnkey manufacturing setup may run six to eighteen months. Every project is scoped individually.

It means we handle the entire setup process instead of merely advising on it. Site selection, supplier negotiation, regulatory and compliance coordination, team recruitment and onboarding, systems setup, and operational handover. You receive a running operation.

Use the contact form or book a call. A short conversation is usually enough to determine whether there is a real fit and what the engagement would look like. There is no obligation.

Yes, for select clients after an initial engagement. Ongoing advisory is not offered as a standalone starting point.

The best time to build was last year. The second-best time is this call.

One conversation is enough to know what we would build together, and what it takes. No obligation. No junior team. No recycled playbook.
